Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:

Order processing time:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the processing or shipment of your order we will contact you via email.

Domestic Shipping is available within Canada only.

Shipping rates and estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated by Canada Post and displayed at checkout.

Local pick-up (for Lower Mainland, BC residents only):

For your convenience, there are two Lower Mainland pick-up locations available: Richmond and South Surrey. 

NOTE: Check out cannot be completed if your cart includes local pick up and delivery items. Please separate these into individual transactions in order to complete check out.
